This privacy policy describes how your personal information (“PI”) is collected, used and shared by or on behalf of Nohona Pty Ltd atf the Pontian Unit Trust trading as Quad  Club (ABN: 38361881746) (“we”, “us”, “our”) including PI collected through www.quadclub.com.au (“our website”).

We are committed to protecting your PI and understand the importance of keeping your information private and secure at all times. This privacy policy relates to our use of any PI provided to us by you through our website or via phone calls, sms, email, social media or other customer enquiries.

In order to provide you with our full range of services, we are sometimes required to collect information about you.

We are committed to safeguarding your PI and this privacy policy explains how we will comply with our commitment to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (together, the “Australian Privacy Law”).

Personal information we collect

When you sign up to receive a service from us, we collect and hold PI such as your name, phone number, email, shipping address and billing address, and (if you purchase products directly from us) we may also collect your bank or credit card details for payment of orders (including future payments for subscription orders). We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

Additionally, as you browse our website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our website, and information about how you interact with our website. Is your PI confidential and secure?

We take all reasonable steps to keep your PI we hold secure and to ensure it is protected against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or inappropriate disclosure. We may hold PI in both hard copy and electronic forms in secure systems accessible only to authorised personnel.

Offensive or inappropriate content on our website

If you post or send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content anywhere on or to our website, or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on our website, we may use your PI to stop such behaviour.

Where we reasonably believe that you are or may be in breach of any laws of Australia, we may use your PI to inform relevant third parties such as your employer, school, email / internet provider, or law enforcement agencies about the content and your behaviour.

Do not track 

Please note that we do not alter our website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. 

Your rights

You are responsible for ensuring that your PI is accurate, current and complete. You may ask us to provide a summary of the PI we hold about you, subject to certain limitations under the Australian Privacy Law. You may opt out of any future contact from us at any time. You may also ask us to change, correct, destroy, or return any of your PI that we hold. For your protection, we may require you to confirm your identity before access to your PI is granted. In most cases, we can provide you with a summary of your PI free of charge. However, in some circumstances, reasonable costs may be charged to you in accessing your PI, subject always to the Australian Privacy Law. 

How long will you keep my PI? 

When you place an order through our website, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will also hold your PI on our systems for as long as necessary for any relevant service, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

Changes to our privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons, so you may wish to check it each time you submit PI to our website. The date of the most recent revisions will appear on this page.

What if I am a minor?

Children’s safety is important to us, if you are not yet 18 years of age, please get your parent or guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide PI to our website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with PI.
